At Yoga Hipiclub, we invite you to enjoy a unique experience where yoga meets the sea: SUP Yoga in collaboration with Shaka Surf Castelldefels<\/strong>. An initiative designed to take you off the mat, connect with nature and explore physical and mental balance in a lively and changing environment. <\/p>

SUP Yoga is practised on a paddle surfboard, floating on the sea, which encourages us to develop presence, concentration and adaptation<\/strong>. It is not about seeking perfect postures, but about listening to the body, sharpening our attention and connecting with the movement of the water as part of the practice. The sea becomes our teacher, reminding us of the importance of inner stability in the face of external change. <\/p>

The activity includes a SUP board<\/strong> (although you can bring your own if you wish), a guided yoga session adapted to all levels, and an ice bath<\/strong> for those who want to experience the regenerative power of conscious cold: a practice that strengthens the nervous system, resilience and mental clarity.<\/p>

At the end, we will share breakfast<\/strong>, a moment of integration, rest and gathering, to close the experience with enjoyment and community.<\/p>

This activity is ideal whether you practise yoga regularly or simply want to try something new, active and mindful, in direct contact with the sea.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
