We have designed a yoga retreat to enjoy in a serene environment surrounded by nature, an experience that combines the practice of Hatha yoga, Ashtanga, Yoga Nidra, meditation, and breathing techniques so that you can reconnect with your essence and renew your energy.<\/p>

Daily yoga sessions, adapted to all levels, to strengthen your body and calm your mind; meditation, pranayama and Yoga Nidra to guide you on the path to inner peace; and personal time to relax at your own pace in a circuit of hot springs and achieve a state of deep relaxation.<\/p>

This retreat is designed not only as a physical break, but also as an opportunity to nourish your soul and reconnect with yourself. We will be with you throughout these days, providing personalised support so that you can get the most out of this transformative experience. <\/p>

Whether you are seeking a break from your daily routine or a space to reflect and take care of yourself, this retreat is the ideal place for a journey filled with peace, health, and wellbeing. <\/p>
