The pace will be slow and respectful, allowing each person to go through the experience at their own pace. Walking among the dunes, watching the sunrise, sunset and starry nights promotes a deep connection with the body, nature and presence.  <\/p><p>The proposal also includes moments of integration, personal reflection and group meetings, where experiences can be shared through listening and intimacy. The desert acts as a mirror: the essential is revealed when the superfluous disappears, and every daily gesture is transformed into practice. <\/p><p>This retreat is open to all, with or without previous experience in yoga or<br>meditation, who feel the call to stop, breathe and inhabit the silence.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div
