The number 108 has ancestral significance in yoga and many spiritual traditions, representing cycles, closure and new beginnings. Through repetition, rhythm and breathing, the mind becomes still, the body is purified and a state of sustained, contemplative presence is generated.  <\/p><p>In summer, the practice takes place on the terrace, connecting with the light, air and expansiveness of the season. In winter, we gather in the Shala, accompanied by the warmth of the fireplace, ending the practice with <strong>hot chocolate<\/strong> as a gesture of care and comfort. In both cases, the gathering ends with a <strong>shared brunch<\/strong>, a space to recharge our batteries, integrate the experience and strengthen our sense of community.  <\/p><p>The practice will take place <strong>on weekends<\/strong> and is open to all levels, with adaptations and mindful breaks. It is not necessary to complete all 108 sun salutations strictly; each person participates by listening to their body and respecting their own pace. <\/p><p>A gathering to move, breathe, let go, and celebrate the cycles of life together.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3aaf840 e-con-full peso-500 e-flex e-con
