We celebrate the arrival of spring with a ‘Spring Solstice’ weekend retreat at the Hotel Spa Termes Montbrió, a setting surrounded by nature, water and tranquillity, ideal for accompanying the change of season with a conscious and regenerative experience.

The spring solstice marks a time of rebirth, balance and expansion. Light begins to gain ground and vital energy rises, inviting us to emerge from winter’s retreat and open ourselves to new cycles. This retreat is designed to accompany that process on a physical, emotional, and energetic level.

During the weekend, we will do yoga practices adapted to the season,
focused on gently activating the body, releasing accumulated tension and creating internal space. The sessions are complemented by meditation, mindful breathing, and moments of integration, promoting clarity, intention, and deep listening.

Spring invites us to practise yoga focused on opening the chest, a physical and symbolic gesture that accompanies the awakening of vital energy. Through āsanas that activate the heart chakra (Anāhata), breathing is expanded and a sense of openness, confidence and connection is cultivated. These postures promote the ability to give and receive, aligning the body with the expansive and renewing qualities of the season.

The surroundings of Termes Montbrió, with its renowned thermal spa, will be an essential part of the experience. Contact with hot water promotes relaxation of the nervous system, purification and deep rest, enhancing the effects of the practice and allowing you to truly disconnect from your daily routine.

There will be moments of silence, free time to rest or stroll through the gardens, and group gatherings to share and integrate the experience. No previous yoga experience is necessary; the retreat is open to anyone who wishes to treat themselves to a weekend of care, presence and renewal.
